Once again, CSL strikes a chord with his quote about family. I have commented to my wife, Kathie so often on how blessed we are to have 5 wonderful kids and 12 sweet grandchildren, who all love the Lord! What a Blessing!It's no surprise that one of our all-time favorite TV programs is Blue Bloods, because it always includes a sit-down dinner with the entire family, where they openly discuss their concerns and share family fun together. There is always one or more lessons for the viewers to take away from each episode.
It's a wake-up call to 'smell the roses' at a time in today's busy world when we are caught up in the daily struggles of life. So let's just take a moment to enjoy family and 'create memories' for our loved ones to have long into the future of their lives. Thank you dear Lord, for all of the daily blessings you pour down upon us and our families today.
