Our God is Unfathomable...

During devotions this morning, today's memory verse...Isaiah 55:8-9 grabbed my attention.

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the LORD. "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and thoughts than your thoughts."

The verses immediately prior in Isaiah are basically describing how even wicked men can change their ways and turn to the LORD He will forgive them and they will be freely pardoned.

The Grace of God and His ways are truly unfathomable...each of us are human and with such limited ability to even begin any form of understanding of God, whose existence was always, is always, and will be always...whose time is infinite in the past and in the future...who is omnipresent, everywhere, all of the time, hearing and answering the prayers of all peoples, perhaps millions, all at the same time...and showing GRACE and forgiveness in response to our brokenness and prayerful plea!

Words fall short...
