Becoming as a child...

Proverbs 3:5-6 reads "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight."

This is one of my favorite verses. As a dad and now as a grandpa, I like to take the opportunity to share it with family, as we often don't understand the "whys?" of life.

Someone once told me that trusting God is the key to successful living and the most important factor in knowing him. It's almost like becoming as a child in our relationship with God. His ways are perfect and so much greater than our own human understanding. Praise God!
